Purpose of this website
When I first became interested in buying a home in Celebration, I searched the web for any information I could find. Unfortunately, there wasn't a lot, and much of what existed was inaccurate.

Being in another state added to the challenge. Because we were buying a house long distance, we almost purchased a place that would not have been right for us. Thankfully, through a lucky coincidence, we found the perfect home.

While getting ready to move in, I had to figure out which utility companies to call, where to purchase house insurance, and to tie up what seemed like a thousand other little loose ends.

Once we closed, I realized that I didn't even know how to get to the nearest grocery store or shopping mall. I didn't know where to look for recommendations for services like house cleaning, gardening, and pest control.

These were just a few of the areas in which I had questions. Thankfully, with the help of neighbors and through some detective work and lots of searching, I found the answers I needed.

Now that I am happily settled into Celebration, I have created this website to help others in the same position. Whether you are just thinking about moving to this town, or whether you are a new resident with lots of questions, I hope you will find what you need. Welcome to town!
